Another One Bites

And another one gone, and another one gone
Another one bites the dust

--Another One Bites the Dust, Queen

_________

"State Rep. Bob Allen (R-Merritt Island) said Thursday he is ''absolutely not guilty'' of propositioning an undercover male police officer and pledged to fight misdemeanor charges against him ["Rep. Bob Allen: 'I am not guilty'."]

This is as opposed to being a bit or somewhat guilty. Their are gradations of that categorization in this administration.

"Allen, 48, was arrested at Veteran's Memorial Park in Titusville on Wednesday and charged with soliciting prostitution. An investigator said Allen sought to perform oral sex on him and offered to pay the policeman $20."

What an apropos crime for this whanker.

Not only was it committed in Veteran's Memorial Park--a group which is certainly getting screwed by this administration--but Mr. Allen's particular bent is compelling. He sought to fellate the john, yet another way to orally take advantage of the citizenry. It is the perfect administrative predation.

''I am not guilty. They have a burden of proof. They were there to make some things happen for themselves, and they got it wrong with me.

And he is of course correct, because fortunately for Mr. Allen, he is not suspected of being a terrorist in these United States of America.

However, Mr. Allen remained without comment on the yellow ribbon proudly displayed from his woody.

''You know, if it doesn't kill you it makes you stronger. Well, this will make me stronger.''

And again, correct. As long as you don't set up a gag reflex, you usually come out of the thing o.k.

Mr Allen apparently offered to pay Officer Stakeout $20 in order to make him happy, and to make a clean sweep of it, too. This is a perfect example of "trickle down" economics, better known as "floating all boats."

It's gratifying to see a Republican dedicated to sharing the wealth.

Thank you, lurch.

I had not seen this through a charitable lens. Perhaps if I were more pious, I would be inclined to give my brethren the benefit of the doubt in such liminal cases.

I need not listen to FOX news today (I can shower now),
