Netroots Voting Runoffs!!!
__________________
Happy Saturday everyone. First, thanks to all who voted. RangerAgainstWar has moved to a hotly-contested run-off ballot in TWO categories through next Friday. None of the previous votes carry over, so the slate begins at zero.
We're digging deep, petitioning relatives we haven't seen in years, going 'round the globe to scare up a win. What a nice All Hallows Eve gift a win would be for Ranger.
We must impose upon you, kind readers, once more to tick that lever for RAW. If you missed the first go-round, here's your chance. It'll take less than a minute and here's how:
☛ Go to 2011 Netroots Awards Run-off Voting HERE. Click the blue hotlink @ top that says, "Vote here".
☛ VOTE RAW for #9 and #17. Four other choices are asterisked and therefore mandatory, but not us -- #'s 1, 2, 10 and 12. (We don't think there should be mandatory voting for categories, but there you have it. Someone else will be happy you voted.)
☑ After you've ticked #1, 2, 9, 10, 12 and 17, scroll to bottom, enter your email and click FINISHED.
Done. Your 'umble bloggers from the swamp of North Florida will be most appreciative of your patronage.
If we win, we'll go to the Big City shindig and show 'em that clear thinking can even crawl out of the primordial ooze. We wash up pretty good, and we can play ball with the big boys. Not all of Florida is a bunch of know-nothing, grifter goats.
With the Blue Dogs Dems all but gone, someone's got to take up the left-of-middle way. Us and Siddhārtha Gautama -- we're like that, y'know? ☸

The ol' Chief voted for you.
Thank you, Chief -- hope all is well by you :)
Lisa
Lisa & Jim, thanx for your awesome blog. Voted with conviction.
Dearest Juan,
Thanks much :)
It will be on my FB wall in 2 shakes and also on a message board.
In a perfect world you and mr. jim would be adequately recognized for all you do. ;)
Much good stuff here.

Very kind of you, bb -- much beholden :)
I'm trying, but the page won't load. Is it because I use Firefox and not IE?
Hello, Anna,
Thanks for bringing this to my attn. Firefox should work well, but for some reason the re-direct is very slow tonight.
My advice to all is click the links, but work in another window while the transfer happens . . . it seems to take almost a minute! [sigh]
