Duck Soup

USA Today reports that Vice President (now isn't that an appropriate title, come to think of it, in the Iraqi sense of it) Cheney "spent Election Day in South Dakota, hunting for the first time since he accidentally shot a companion in February. This time, there were no reports of injury."

Two comments:

(1) Reporters were afraid to get their heads dunked if they spilled the beans, or
(2) I bet the birds were relieved.
